Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused.
• The item is in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are included.

If your product has a manufacturing defect or fabric damage, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

NARDO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
